Aging and Sleep 2012

The diversity of IASRG meetings is enhanced by broad participation from the field and all of the various disciplines caring for the older patient. Please consider contributing to the program by sharing your expertise and knowledge. Submissions for symposia, free communications, and poster presentations are currently being accepted.

Symposia proposals will be accepted until Tuesday, November 15, 2011. However, it is recommended to submit a letter of intent by September 30, 2011. A symposium proposal, regardless of status, must be submitted online in order to be considered by the Program Committee; individuals who did not submit a letter of intent may still submit symposia proposals.

Abstract submission for oral presentations and poster presentations will be accepted until Tuesday, January 31, 2012.

About Abstract Submission

• Participants who would like to actively participate in the Meeting, are requested to submit an abstract (poster) for review by the Scientific and Organizing Committees.

• The Committees will accept one abstract for presentation per presenting author.

• The official language is English.

• Abstracts will be published in the abstract book only on receipt of payment in full for registration.

Guidelines for Submission

• The abstract should be as informative as possible consisting of Background, Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions

• Abstract length should not exceed 250 words.

• Use commonly applied abbreviations without explanation e.g. AD, EEG, EOG, MRI

• Abstract should be submitted online at agingandsleep2012-abstracts@univ-lyon1.fr. Faxed abstracts are not acceptable.
Inclusion in the Scientific Program and Abstract Book is dependent on payment of registration fees.
