Registration fee :
The registration fee for regular delegates and students includes entry to all official congress sessions, the exhibition and poster areas, the Opening Ceremony, the Closing Ceremony and Coffee Breaks. It also includes all on site congress material.

Cancellation Policy :

• Cancellations received up to March 31, 2012 - full refund less €50 handling fee will be made.
• Cancellations received between April 1 and May31, 2012 - 50% refund will be made.
• After June 1, 2012 - no refund will be made.
